Ingredients
Stuffing
- 1/2 cup green peas (fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped green chili
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon rock salt
Tikki
- 1 cup boiled and mashed potato
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons powdered brown rice
Sweet Curd

- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
Assembly
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/4 cup sweet chutney
- 1 tablespoon chopped cucumber
- 1 tablespoon chopped tomato
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

Method
Blend all the stuffing ingredients until a coarse mixture is formed. Do not over blend.
Heat a pot and add the blended stuffing. Cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Place all the tikki ingredients into a big mixing bowl, ingredients into a big mixing bowl, except the powdered brown rice. Mash well with your hands to form a dough.
Add 1 tablespoon powdered brown rice to the dough, and combine well.
Divide the dough into 6 balls. Place some stufiing inside each ball, and flatten into a tikki. Coat with the remaining powdered brown rice.
Heat a cast iron tawa and cook the tikkis on a medium flame. Cook each side for 3 minutes, until the tikkis turn golden brown.
Place all the sweet curd ingredients into a mixing bowl, and whisk until well combined. Add a little water, if required.
To assemble, place the tikkis on a serving plate. Drizzle with the sweet curd, then add the assembly ingredients, one by one Serve.
