Green Mango Mint Chutney
Ingredients (Makes 3/4 CUP)
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup raw mango, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon rock salt
- 1 small green chili
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Use immediately, or store in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
