Joint Pain and inflammation

Do you have joint pain or inflammation?
You gotta try this out. So the first ingredient we’re gonna use is celery, which contains antioxidants and polysaccharides that act as anti-inflammatories. Spinach has a great content of magnesium which eases inflammation in your joints and connective tissue. Now I’m aware of the whole oxalate info out there and so that respect it’s never been an issue for me. Green apple and lemon contain malic acid and other compounds that when combined with magnesium help for those ATP. Having optimal levels of ATP can relieve pain.
