Yogurt Oats Salad

Curd Oats

Ingredients:-

● Curd or Plain yogurt [avoid cow milk] – 125gm
● Plain oats – 30gm
● Onion Chopped – 30gm
● Cucumber Chopped – 50gm
● Carrot grated – 30gm
● Curry leaves – 1teaspoon
● Ginger grated – 1gm
● Green chilli – 1
● Salt – For taste
● Oil – 1-2ml
● Zeera seeds – 1/2 tsp
● Water as needed to cook

Method:-

1. Cooked oats with enough water or just add hot water to oats as needed. Cool it completely.
2. Add beaten curd, salt and chopped veggies, mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to sizzle add curry leaves, grated ginger, chilies and
sauté until golden. Switch off and hing. Pour this to the curd oats.
4. Mix well and serve.
