Tangy Vegetable Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients

Oil – 1 Tsp

Garlic – 5 Cloves Finely Chopped

Green Chili – 1 No. Finely Chopped

Onion – 1 No. Finely Chopped

Carrot – 1 No. Finely Chopped

Beans – 5 Nos Finely Chopped

Cabbage – 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped

Mushroom – 4 Nos Thinly Sliced

Ginger

Capsicum

Ground Pepper

lemon- 1 Tbsp

Vinegar – 1 Tbsp

Corn Flour Slurry – 1/2 Cup

Spring Onion

Method

Switch on the pot,  saute

Add oil and let it heat up

Now add ginger, garlic, green chili and saute for a few secs

Add all the vegetables and saute Once the vegetables are half cooked,

add lemon, vinegar, salt, jaggery and pepper Mix everything well

Add water and mix well

let it cook Once the soup is done, add the cornflour slurry and let the soup boil in manual mode

Finally, add spring onion greens and mix well

Serve the Hot and Sour soup hot.
