Recipe: Nutty Apple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Cut Apple: 50g
- Almonds: 15g
- Walnuts: 15g
- Almond Milk: 70ml
- Jaggery (as needed)
- Nutmeg Powder: a pinch
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and chop the apple into small pieces.
- Soak almonds and walnuts in water for a few hours or overnight to soften them.
- Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, add the chopped apple pieces, soaked almonds, soaked walnuts, almond milk, jaggery according to taste preference, and a pinch of nutmeg powder.
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Serve:
- Pour the blended smoothie into a serving bowl.
- Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg powder or a slice of apple on the rim of the bowl.
- Enjoy:
- Serve the Nutty Apple Smoothie immediately and enjoy its creamy texture and nutty flavor.
Note:
- Adjust the sweetness according to your taste preference by adding more or less jaggery.
- For a colder and thicker smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes before blending.
- Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite spices or toppings such as cinnamon or a drizzle of honey.
