Ingredients:
- 2 cups jowar, soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 3-4 whole red chilies
- Chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp oil

Method:
1. Pressure Cook Jowar:
- Rinse the soaked jowar thoroughly.
- In a pressure cooker, add the soaked jowar along with 4 cups of water.
- Pressure cook for 5-6 whistles or until the jowar is well-cooked and soft.
2. Roast Peanuts:
- In a separate pan, roast the peanuts in a little oil until they turn golden brown. Set aside.
3. Tempering:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, whole red chilies, and curry leaves. Allow them to splutter.
4. Combine Ingredients:
- Once the tempering is ready, add the cooked jowar to the pan.
- Add chopped ginger, green chilies, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well.
5. Final Touches:
- Add the roasted peanuts to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

- Once done, transfer the Jowar Millet Khichdi to a serving bowl.
