Harvest Vegetable Medley Soup
Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients
Pumpkin – 300 gms
Chopped Onion – 4 nos
Chopped Beans – 3 nos
Chopped Cabbage – 1 piece
Chopped Carrot – 5 nos
Chopped Potato – 1 no
Chopped Celary Stalks – 2 nos
Garlic
oil
Pepper
Salt
Water
Method
In a pot, pour water
Add carrots, beans cabbage, onion, garlic, potato, celery
Mix everything well Add salt, pepper and give it a stir
Close and cook for 30 mins on medium flame
Strain it and keep it aside
Take a pot, add some oil Add onions, garlic, and saute
Add celery, carrots, pumpkin
Saute this for 5 mins
Pour the prepared stalk
Cook the vegetables for 30 mins
Turn off the stove and blend it
Once blended, add some oil and mix well
Serve the soup hot
