  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Corn flour
  • 50 milliliters Water
  • Fresh Coriander, for garnishing

Preparation:

  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
