Creamy Broccoli Potato Soup

Ingredients

Broccoli

Oil – 1 Tsp

Onion – 1 No. Chopped

Garlic – 12 Cloves

Potato – 1 No. Chopped

Water

Salt

Pepper

Method:

1. Wash and clean the broccoli. Cut it roughly into small pieces and keep them aside.

2. Heat a pot and add oil to it.

3. Add in the roughly chopped onions and garlic cloves.

4. Saute until the onions turn slightly transparent.

5. Add in the chopped potatoes, broccoli pieces, salt and crushed pepper. Mix it all well.

6. Add 2 cups of water into the pot, cover it with the lid the ingredients for at least 15 min upto potato soft on medium flame.

7. Transfer in the bowl along with water to a large bowl and let it completely cool down.

8. Transfer the cooled down ingredients to a mixer jar and grind everything into smooth puree.

9. Now, transfer this puree to a sauce and dilute it with water if it is too thick.

10. Check for seasoning and add salt, pepper powder if required.

11. Let the soup come to a boil and turn off the stove.

12. Wholesome Broccoli Soup is ready to be served hot.
