Cool Coconut Cucumber Raita

● Coconut Curd – 80gm
● Cucumber – 50gm
● Coriander or mint leaves – 5gm
● Sendha Namak – For taste
● Black Pepper – For taste
● Cumin seeds – Pinch


STEP-1 Wash and Peel cucumber. Chop to small bite.
STEP-2 Whisk curd in a bowl.
STEP-3 Add them to a bowl along with salt, black pepper, cumin seeds and cucumber and them as well
as mix.
STEP-4 Garnish cucumber raita with black pepper and a leave of mint or coriander.
