Arbi (Colocasia) Curry Recipe:
Ingredients:
1. 2-3 Arbi (Colocasia), peeled and chopped
2. 1 onion, chopped
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
5. 1 teaspoon turmeric
6. 1 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
7. Salt, to taste
8. 2 tablespoons oil
9. Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil or pressure cook Arbi until tender.
2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, onion, and garlic.
3. Add spices and cooked Arbi. Simmer.
