Carrot and Peas Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Chop the carrots into small, uniform pieces.
- If using frozen peas, thaw them beforehand.
- Cook the Stir-Fry:
- Heat the ghee or oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.

- If needed, add a splash of water to prevent sticking.
- Serve:
- Once the vegetables are cooked, remove the lid and sauté for another 1-2 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
