Tropical Green Smoothie




• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 1 cup chopped apple
• 1 cup mango chunks
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice


1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Let the smoothie cool in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.

Substitution: If mango is out of season, replace it with 1
cup chopped guava & 2 seedless dates.
