Sprouted Moong Dal and Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup sprouted whole moong daal
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green capsicum
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped chili
- 1/4 cup grated fresh coconut
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black salt
Topping
2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Preparation
Prepare 1 cup sprouted whole moong daal.
MethodÂ
- In a big mixing bowl, combine all the salad ingredients, and mix well.
- Top with pomegranate seeds, and serve.
