Herbal Tea

For one cup:

Ingredients

  • 7 Mint leaves
  • 7 Tulsi leaves (Basil)
  • Some Lemongrass
  • Crushed ginger
  • 2 Crushed Cardamom
  • Desi jaggery (optional, if you want to enhance taste)

Method

  • In water, add all ingredients and let the water come to a boil. Add jaggery at the end strain and serve.
