Activator Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1-inch slice of pineapple
2 apples
1 stick celery
Juice of 1 lime
2-inch slice of cucumber
Large handful spinach

Preparation

Time: 5 minutes

Calories: 300

Wash the apples, celery, cucumber, and spinach. Cut the rind off
of the pineapple. Juice the lime. Blend all ingredients in a blender
or smoothie maker until smooth. Add some water if you prefer a
thinner consistency. Serve immediately (with ice if you want), or
store in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
