Golden Carrot Apple Elixir

SERVES 1, 250 ML

INGREDIENTS

  • • 5 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • • 1 apple, roughly chopped
  • • ½ inch ginger
  • • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon powder

METHOD

1. Simply juice the carrots, apple and ginger together
2. Add the lemon juice and cinnamon powder on top. Mix well and serve.
