Coconut Jaggery Bark with Pistachios and Rose Petals

•  3 tablespoons jaggery powder
•  ½ cup coconut butter
•  ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
•  pinch of rock salt


•  2 tablespoons pistachios, roasted and chopped
•  1 teaspoon rose petals


Prepare ½ cup coconut butter


1.  Sieve the jaggery powder to avoid any lumps.
2. Add all the bark ingredients into a bowl and stir well to combine everything into a mixture.
3. Line a tray with parchment paper and pour the mixture. Spread a little with a spatula.
4. Add the toppings. Keep in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Break the pieces and serve. It can be stored in the freezer for a week.
