Banana Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

4 frozen over-ripe bananas
4 dates
1 tbsp raw cacao powder or
cocoa powder
Coconut milk to a thin consistency,
if desired

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and
blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Serve in a bowl or
in a glass with a straw as an ice cream smoothie, if thinner
consistency.
