What can help?
There are various reasons why a person’s mental health might be getting affected. It could be burnout for someone, a major life event for someone else, or a disorder for someone else yet. This is why there is no one solution that fits everyone.
A few basic things that all of us can do to keep our mental health hygiene in check are:-
Regulating our sleep,
Taking care of our nutrition,
Exercising regularly,
Sun exposure,
Mindfulness and breathing exercises,
Talking to someone who cares,
Starting a regular habit of meditation can help us to improve concentration, reduce stress & anxiety, alleviate depression and generally improve our mental wellbeing.
Being connected with our loved ones, etc.
One can also consider talking to a mental health professional to figure out why they feel this way and coming up with steps and tools to get better and feel better.
