Fever Therapy Kadha for Cough & Cold

Ingredients

Fresh Tulsi leaves – 5 to 7 leaves (or 1 tsp dried)

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Fresh Neem leaves – 3 to 4 leaves (or ¼ tsp dried neem powder)

Black pepper – 2 to 3 crushed

Fresh Ginger – ½ inch, grated

Water – 200 ml

Raw Honey – 1 tsp (optional) – add only after cooling slightly
Preparation Steps

Add all herbs and spices (tulsi, turmeric, neem, black pepper, ginger) to 200 ml water.

Boil for 5 to 7 minutes until water reduces to 150 ml.

Strain the kadha.

Allow it to cool slightly and add raw honey if needed.

Sip warm.
