● Raw moong – 20gm
● Tomato – 25gm
● Onion – 20gm
● Cucumber – 50gm
● Coriander leaves – 5gm [2-3stalk]
● Green chilli – 1
● Black salt – For taste
● Black pepper – For taste
● Lemon Juice -2drops
● Dhaniya pudina chutney – [optional]


STEP-1 Take soaked and steamed or boiled moong sprouts.
STEP-2 Wash all vegetables.
STEP-3 Peeled and grate the carrot.
STEP-4 Chopped onion, tomato, Cucumber, coriander leaves.
STEP-5 Bring a bowl add all Chopped & grated vegetables.
STEP-6 Add Steamed moong, Black salt, black pepper, green chilli & squeezed lemon juice & mix all ingredients.
STEP-7 Garnish with coriander leaves & lemon drops.
STEP-8 Served it.
