Rainbow Energy Bowl

Rainbow Breakfast
Ingredients:
1apple, peeled, chopped
1 banana, peeled, chopped
1 cup papaya or cantaloupe, peeled chopped
10 pieces of grapes, sliced
soak 4 almonds, chopped
soak 1 walnut, crushed
Soak 5 raisins
250 ml mosambi /orange juice
Serves: 1
Time: 10 minutes
Method:
Take all the fruits and nuts in a serving bowl.
Pour mosambi / orange juice over it.
Add almonds, walnuts and raisins on the top and serve.
Enjoy.
