Rainbow Energy Bowl

Rainbow Breakfast

Ingredients:

 1apple, peeled, chopped
 1 banana, peeled, chopped
 1 cup papaya or cantaloupe, peeled chopped
 10 pieces of grapes, sliced
 soak 4 almonds, chopped
 soak 1 walnut, crushed
 Soak 5 raisins
 250 ml mosambi /orange juice

Serves: 1
Time: 10 minutes

Method:

 Take all the fruits and nuts in a serving bowl.
 Pour mosambi / orange juice over it.
 Add almonds, walnuts and raisins on the top and serve.
 Enjoy.
