Poha Recipe
Ingredients
1. Poha (Rice Flakes): 1/2 cup
2. Onion: 1, finely chopped
3. Curry Leaves: A few
4. Carrot: 1, grated
5. Lemon Juice: 1-2 tablespoons
6. Salt: To taste
7. Oil or Ghee: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Rinse Poha: Rinse poha in water, drain excess water.
2. Sauté: Heat oil, add curry leaves, onion, and carrot. Sauté until onion is translucent.
3. Mix Poha: Add poha to the pan, mix well, and add salt.
4. Season: Squeeze lemon juice and mix.
