Vegetable Crudités

Ingredients

4 or 5 raw vegetables such as:
1 carrots
3 florets broccoli
2-inch slice of cucumber,
1 stick celery
1/2 red pepper

Preparation

Time: 5 minutes

Calories: 100

Wash and chop the veg. Serve and graze on them. You can eat
with salsa or hummus – this increases the calorie and fat intake
though.
