  • 2 cups boiled and sliced sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup sweet tamarind  (imli) chutney
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons moong sprouts


  • Boil 4 sweet potatoes in water.
  • Prepare sweet tamarind (imli) chutney.
  • Prepare green chutney.


Place the boiled and sliced sweet potatoes on serving plates. Top with sweet tamarind

(imli) chutney, green chutney, pomegranate seeds, and moong sprouts, Serve warm.
