Super Smoothie

Ingredients

2 apples
2-inch slice of cucumber
Large handful spinach
Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

Time: 5 minutes

Calories: 200

Wash the apples, cucumber, and spinach. Juice the lime. Blend all
ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth. Add
some water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Serve immediately
(with ice if you want), or store in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
