Makes 3 cups


1 cup chopped pineapple

3 tablespoons jaggery powder

1/4 teaspoon star anise powder

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder

2 cups water


1 tablespoon finely chopped pineapple

1 tablespoon finely chopped mint leaves


  1. Place all the ingredients (but only 1 cup water) into a blender, and blend until smooth, Add the remaining 1 cup water and blend again.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture into a bowl to remove the fiber, and put the sieved mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the toppings, and serve cold.
