Minty Green Energizer


  • 2 cups kale leaves (stems removed)
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 green pear, cored
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lime, peeled
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional, for added fiber)
  • 1 cup water or coconut water


  1. Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Tear the kale leaves into smaller pieces.
  3. Cut the cucumber and pear into chunks.
  4. Place all the ingredients in a blender or juicer.
