Black salt

Sea salt

Himalayan salt


Replace Regular Tea With Herbal Tea

For one cup:

7 mint leaves (medium size)
7 Tulsi leaves (basil, medium size)
Some lemongrass
Crushed ginger
2 crushed cardamom
Desi organic jaggery (optional)

In water, add all ingredients and let the water come to a boil. add jaggery at the end strain and serve.
