Fruit Salad Green Smoothie


At least 3 pieces of sweet fruit
(For example – 2 apples, 1 nectarine,
1 banana, handful of frozen mixed
berries, 1-inch slice of pineapple
A handful of greens – such as
half a head of romaine lettuce


Time: 5 minutes

Calories: 450

Wash, slice, and blend the ingredients. Add some water if you
prefer a thinner consistency. Serve immediately (with ice if you
want), or store in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
