Fever Therapy Kadha for Cough & Cold

A powerful Ayurvedic kadha prepared with Tulsi, Turmeric, Neem, Black Pepper, and Ginger to boost immunity and fight seasonal infections naturally.


Ingredients

  • Fresh Tulsi leaves – 5 to 7 leaves (or 1 tsp dried)

  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

  • Fresh Neem leaves – 3 to 4 leaves (or ¼ tsp dried neem powder)

  • Black pepper – 2 to 3 crushed

  • Fresh Ginger – ½ inch, grated

  • Water – 200 ml

  • Raw Honey – 1 tsp (optional) – add only after cooling slightly


Preparation Steps

  1. Add all herbs and spices (tulsi, turmeric, neem, black pepper, ginger) to 200 ml water.

  2. Boil for 5 to 7 minutes until water reduces to 150 ml.

  3. Strain the kadha.

  4. Allow it to cool slightly and add raw honey if needed.

  5. Sip warm.


Dosage

Drink 1–2 times daily during:

  • Cold & cough

  • Mild fever

  • Seasonal changes

  • Low immunity days
