INGREDIENTS
• 3 cups chopped apples
• 1 cup chopped beetroot
• 2 cups chopped carrot
• 2 cups chopped cucumber
• 3 coins ginger
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Substitution You can replace apples with pears.
METHOD
1. Simply juice all the ingredients together.
2. Add the lemon juice from the top and serve.
