Take some onions, cut them and get sun dried. Store in a dry and clean jar. Take 10gms dried onions (single dose), roast them with cow’s ghee, add little amount of edible oil and mix 1-2 teaspoon Crystallized Sugar lumps (candy sugar). Eat this mixture 1-2 times a day regularly.
