Diet plan

Start your day with 1 glass of water.
Have your breakfast within 1 hour of waking up.
Prepare overnight infused water
(In 1-liter water soak detox ingredients
Eg: 2 thin slices of lemon, a handful of mint leaves, 3-5 slices of cucumber,1 teaspoon of jeera)
Drink this 10 mins before and 30 mins after your major breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast: 2 pcs of idli + 1 big bowl of sambhar. If you don’t feel it’s enough repeat 1 big bowl of sambhar but not the idli (make sure it’s homemade)
Or
1 sandwich in 100 percent whole-wheat bread of course not adding cheese and Mayo.
Mid-morning: 1 cup green tea + 1 fruit
Half a mango
250 g melons
1 whole apple
Berries
Kiwi
Lunch: start by eating a quarter plate of salad wait for 5 mins now starts having the major meal.
1 besan cheela
1 big bowl mix veg raita
1 Bowl veg
1 bowl dal/80 gm panner veg/3-4 egg whites veg/2pcs chicken
Evening tea: 4-5 soaked almonds, peanuts, pistachio, 2 walnuts 1 teaspoon soaked nuts (any 1 of these)
Dinner(finished by 7 pm)
Saute veg, tandoori veg(marinated vegetables toasted in a nonstick pan or tandoor or oven or air fryer)
Chili vegetables (saute veggies add a little soy sauce and vinegar)
Or simply 1 big bowl of soup or any vegetables cooked at home.
Post dinner: 1 glass milk / cold coffee/vegetable juice
Bedtime a cup of green tea
Avoid sugar while following this diet you are sweet enough (replace with stevia if it is difficult to give up)
Drink at least 3-4 liters of water
(As per your capacity but 3 liters including detox is a must)
Chew your food really really nicely
