Refresh & Revitalize Aloe Vera Juice
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons fresh aloe vera gel (from a large aloe vera leaf)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- Harvest the Aloe Vera Gel:
- Cut a large aloe vera leaf from the base.
- Wash it thoroughly and trim off the thorny edges.
- Slice the leaf open and scoop out the clear gel using a spoon.
- Blend:
- Place 2 tablespoons of the fresh aloe vera gel into a blender.
- Add 1 cup of water, and lemon juice(if using).
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain (Optional):
- For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
