Ingredients
1. Split Green Gram (Moong Dal): 1 cup
2. Rice: 1 cup (optional)
3. Water: For soaking and blending
4. Salt: To taste
5. Oil or Ghee (Vegan Alternative): For cooking

Instructions
1. Soak: Soak moong dal and rice (if using) for 4-6 hours.
2. Blend: Blend into a smooth batter.
3. Ferment: Ferment the batter for 24 hours or until bubbly.
4. Cook: Heat a non-stick pan, pour batter, and spread thinly. Cook until crispy.
