• 1½ cup frozen papaya
• 1 frozen banana
• 3 dates, seedless
• 6 strands saffron
• ¼ cup coconut milk
Topping
• any seasonal fruits & nuts
PRE-PREPARATION
Take papaya and banana. Peel, slice and put them in the freezer for about 6 hours.
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour this smoothie base into bowls, and top with any fresh seasonal fruits and nuts.
• Tip Make sure to freeze your bananas and papaya for at least 6 hours. If you don’t freeze them, you will not get a good texture.
