Sweet Chilly Asian Noodles


100g buckwheat soba noodles
(or wheat noodles)
3 mushrooms
2 broccoli florets
1/4 red pepper
1 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp tamari soy sauce
1 tbsp agave syrup or honey
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Grated ginger (optional)


Time: 5 minutes

Chop the vegetables, add them with the noodles into a saucepan,
cover with boiling water and simmer for 4 minutes. Rinse and
drain, add back to the saucepan, and add the remaining
ingredients. Put back under the heat and stir well for 1 minute.
