Sesame Bliss Smoothie

Preparation

  • Soak 1/4 cup white sesame seeds in water for 6 hours.
  • Peel and slice 3 bananas, and freeze for 6 hours.

  • 1/4 cup white sesame seeds, soaked
  • 1/4 cup fresh water
  • Smoothie Base
  • 3 bananas, frozen
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 2 tablespoons jaggery powder
  • 3/4 cup water

Method 

  1. Place the sesame seeds and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add all the smoothie base ingredients to the same blender. Blend again until smooth, and serve.
