Sunshine Bliss Juice

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup chopped pumpkin
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple

Method

  1. Simply juice all the above ingredients, and serve.

Tip:

If you don’t have a juicer, simply blend all the ingredients, and strain through a thin muslin cloth.
