Chocolate Avocado Pudding


2 ripe avocados (or one avocado
and one frozen banana)
6 small dates
1 tbsp raw cacao powder or
cocoa powder
Dash of vanilla essence
Coconut milk, if desired
Dash of salt


Time: 10 minutes

Peel the avocados (and banana) and place them in a blender with the
other ingredients. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
