Pomegranate Juice may Inhibit Cancer

Not only is a pomegranate a natural anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants, but several studies have shown that pomegranate juice may help to inhibit cancer cell growth! What’s more, the fruit extract induces a process called apoptosis which is basically a good old nudge to get those cancer cells to go ahead and die. It’s quite clear that this fruit is more than just a yummy snack.
