Eating Carrot will improve your Eyesight

Carrots are rich in biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin K, and beta-carotene (orange pigment) which is converted into vitamin A in the body.

Vitamin A plays a key role in how well we see at night. People who have low levels of Vitamin A are more inclined to experience poor vision at night which may be improved by consuming carrots, however, eating large quantities will not give you the superhero night vision you’d hoped for.
