Aerobic Exercise Workout

Main Workout: Choose one or a combination of the following aerobic exercises and perform them for a total of 20-30 minutes, depending on your fitness level. You can adjust the intensity and duration based on your preferences and abilities.

Brisk Walking: Walk at a fast pace, swinging your arms, and maintaining a good stride. You can walk outdoors or on a treadmill.

Running/Jogging: If you’re comfortable with running, you can incorporate intervals of jogging or running into your workout. Start with a moderate pace and increase the intensity gradually.
