Refreshing Celery Cleanse

Here’s a simple recipe for making celery juice:
Ingredients:
- Fresh celery stalks (organic if possible)
- Water (optional, for dilution)
Instructions:
- Wash the celery stalks thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Cut off the base and the leafy tops of the celery stalks.
- Chop the celery stalks into smaller pieces, roughly 1-2 inches in length, to make them easier to juice.
- If you’re using a juicer, feed the celery pieces through the juicer chute and collect the juice in a pitcher or container.
- If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender instead. Add the chopped celery pieces to the blender along with a little water (if desired for easier blending). Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to separate the juice from the pulp. Press down on the pulp with a spoon or spatula to extract as much juice as possible.
- Once you have extracted the juice, you can drink it as is or dilute it with water to your desired taste and consistency.
- Serve the celery juice immediately for the best flavor and nutritional benefits. Enjoy!
Remember to store any leftover celery juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume it within a day or two for optimal freshness.
