Golden Citrus Carrot Elixir

Here’s a recipe for a refreshing Carrot-Orange-Turmeric-Ginger juice.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium carrots, washed and peeled
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1-2 teaspoons of fresh turmeric root, peeled and chopped (or ½ – 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
- 1-2 teaspoons of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- Water (optional, for adjusting consistency)
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the carrots, then chop them into smaller pieces.
- Peel the oranges and remove the segments.
- Peel and chop the fresh turmeric root (or measure out the ground turmeric).
- Peel and chop the fresh ginger.
- In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, orange segments, turmeric, and ginger.
- Optionally, add a splash of water to adjust the consistency.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. If the juice is too thick, you can add more water to reach your desired consistency.
- Once blended to your liking, pour the juice into glasses.
