Tangy Minty Mango Cooler

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients 

Paste

  • 1/4 cup small chopped raw mango
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves, tightly packed
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 3 tablespoons jaggery powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • Other Ingredients
  • 13/4 cups water
  • 4-5 thin lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint leaves

Method 

  1. Place all the paste ingredients into a big blender jar and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 13/4 cups of water to the blender, and blend again until everything is combined.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Top with lemon wedges and mint leaves, and serve cold.
