Eat a variety of foods to ensure that you are getting all of the nutrients your body needs.
Eat slowly and mindfully, paying attention to hunger and fullness cues.
Drink plenty of fluids, especially water, to help keep your body hydrated.
Don’t skip meals or snacks, even if you’re not hungry. It’s important to eat regularly to help your body heal and rebuild.
Avoid diets or weight loss programs. It’s important to focus on gaining weight and improving your health, rather than losing weight.
It’s important to remember that recovery from anorexia is a process that takes time. It’s important to be patient and work closely with your healthcare team to create a treatment plan that is safe and effective for you.
